Customer service is not dead. Baz was professional courteous and extremely helpful. He worked hard to give me the best deal for a refurbished laptop and get it here on time, and was extremely patient and helpful with my decision making.
I had it mailed to Manitoba, and it arrived in 2 days l. Baz is a great communicator and takes care of his customers. Would definately recommend this company.
