How we certify every device
The grade you see on a listing is about cosmetic condition only. Every device we sell — Excellent, Very Good, or Good — passes the exact same 40-point functional test first.
The three grades

Excellent
Little to no visible wear. Looks close to new in photos and in hand.

Very Good
Light signs of use — small scuffs or marks that don't affect performance.

Good
Noticeable cosmetic wear, always shown in real photos. Fully tested, same as any other grade.
The 40-point inspection
What we actually test
Battery & power
Battery health is measured and disclosed on every listing. Charging port, adapter, and power draw are all tested under load.
Screen & display
Checked for dead pixels, backlight bleed, discoloration, and touch response where applicable.
Keyboard, trackpad & ports
Every key, the trackpad, and every port (USB, HDMI, audio, charging) is individually tested.
Wi-Fi, camera & speakers
Connectivity, webcam, microphone, and speakers are all confirmed working before listing.
Stress test
Every device runs under sustained load to catch overheating, throttling, or instability new owners wouldn't otherwise see for weeks.
