Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label — pack the device with its original accessories and drop it off.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned device.
Condition on return
Devices should come back in the same condition they were sent, with the charger and any included accessories.
