What's covered
Hardware failures under normal use — battery, screen, keyboard, ports, and internal components — for 12 months from delivery.
What's not covered
Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracked screens), unauthorized repairs, and normal cosmetic wear that matches the listed grade.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Most claims are resolved by repair or replacement within 5–7 business days.
