Royal Tech Repair Plan — 12 Months

One year of repair cover for the devices you already own, for a single annual fee. Buy it once and it runs for twelve months from the date of purchase.

What the plan covers

• Your personal laptops, desktops, Tiny PCs and cell phones — more than one device is eligible under a single plan.
• Free diagnostic service for the whole twelve months, as often as you need it.
• Basic software service, including a full operating system reinstallation.
• Devices are eligible no matter where you originally bought them.

What you need to know

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required so we can verify the device.
• You arrange and pay for shipping the device to us, and for the return trip back to you. Local customers can drop in to the Etobicoke shop instead.
• Replacement parts and hardware repairs are quoted separately — the plan covers diagnostics and software work.
• The plan runs for twelve months and does not renew automatically. We will remind you before it ends.
